"Food and service have been great! It’s been a while coming to this location because I could not say the same in previous years. All our food was hot and fresh. Service was fast and servers have been kind. The cheeseburger and wings were delicious. No complaints."

"I haven’t been back to a Buffalo Wild Wings in years due to the last couple experiences. But this last weekend while on vacation I decided to give this location a try. Although the food was great, it was the excellent service I received that truly changed my opinion on Buffalo Wild Wings. Emily went above and beyond the regular dining experience. She made me forget I was at a chain restaurant, held a great conversation and gave me valuable insight into the menu. Although I walked out of the restaurant spending WAY more money than I planned to, her up sales gave me a truly unforgettable dining experience and allowed me to try menu items I never would have otherwise. She was especially helpful and patient with my son (a very picky eater) and helped him pick out his food even though I’m sure she was busy with other tables. I truly cannot rave about her enough. I’m glad that I have a new positive experience to associate with Buffalo Wild Wings I’m just sad that I experienced it on vacation so I can’t go back to receive Emily’s wonderful service again."

"Been coming to this location for 8yrs. I've watched it slowly go down hill. Part of me understands it. They've struggled to get/keep employees. However, the Quality Control is getting bad now and that's a repairable operation. Here's a pic of our fries we ordered. They were the size of a medium frie from McDonald's. I even told the waiter before putting in the order. I want a large frie. I haven't liked the little order of friew they've been bringing for an appetizer. They are 1/3 the size of time from the past. I further told the waiter. I will pay double, or even triple, but i want a full basket size order if fries for the entire table to share. Still, they brought me this order of fries in the pic. I give up... The Pepsi I ordered was pure sugar, because it had no carbonation. Not a big problem, but I don't think the fix was to just add seltzer water from the bar. It made it worse. Never-the-less, it's slowly going down hill and I hope they can recover from these types of issues."

"Hands down the best Bdubs experience I’ve had in the three years I’ve lived in Colorado. Generally, this place is dark, dirty, non existent service, but today it was exceptional! The order came in under 10 minutes and was to a T how we wanted our wings. Ken was our server and he was stellar, shout out to Ken. I’m assuming this is under new management so I hope this service continues."

"Absolutely the most disappointed I have ever been. I have been to this place many times and it's not always the best service but not usually the worst. This time, they were so busy, which makes sense because of a game, but it took 30 minutes to be sat, nearly 50 minutes for our food and everything that came out was cold and the sauces and number of wings were incorrect. The fried pickles, as you see in the photo, were over $8 and this is how they came out. They were also ice cold. Very disappointed and I think I will travel elsewhere next time. Do not recommend!"
