"In general, it is very hard to be seen with PCM's at Peterson Space Force Base. All appointments are one month in advance, and you can only discuss up to two issues in one appointment. The third issue has to be addressed another month in the future. Last time at my PCM, I was pondering the visit and had a question as I was walking out. I turned around and found an assistant, who went to find the doctor for me. She returned to say I had to make another appointment for the question, another month away! Very poor care from the PCM."

"Meh. The appointment waits are 3-4 weeks generally. Don't you love having a pain you can't get seen for until it no longer hurts, and then it never makes it into your health records. Thanks guys! As with all clinics on all bases. It's entire reputation is based on the PCM you have. Some are good. Some are impatient. But here's the real question, where else you gonna go?"

"The worse experience I've had in over 20 years of service. Hard to get referrals and if you do the referral says they didn't receive the referral. Can't talk to anyone on the phone. Can't make appointments, the appointment line puts you on hold then hangs up. THIS SYSTEM IS BROKEN!"

"This clinic has incompetent staff, that is exemplified by dealing with all the pain that comes with calling TRICARE customer service. My PCM got my referrals wrong, so I had to play phone tag with the clinic workers and TRICARE customer service because neither side knew what they were doing. So, I have to make another appointment for something that should have been resolved within minutes because for some reason, I cannot just send a message to my PCM. Also, the pharmacy sucks. I get stuck waiting on the phone for several minutes; could never get my meds available. I just stick to getting my meds at Safeway pharmacy; the co-pay to not deal with all the scheduling headache is worth it."

"Incredibly incompetent operation at the Commissary pharmacy. People who got here before 0730 have still not been served and it is now 0930. Despite 60+ people waiting, the pharmacy still didn't open until 0800. Since it opened, there are only two windows open and they are averaging just 20 people per hour. The excuse given is staffing shortages. Well, every other place in town is experiencing the same problem yet somehow manage to get their mission accomplished. This goatrope has been going on for months now. Where is the Commander? I'd like to invite him over right now to see this disaster. It's worse than VP Harris ignoring the border."
