"This pharmacy team saved the day for my daughter. After the run around and complete frustration at the Rangewood location - where the rude tech failed to tell me they didn't even have the medication in stock after an hour of waiting - it was my insurance company who dealt directly with this location in Target to get the meds right in minutes. The pharmacist dealt with me personally, professionally, and with kindness. She literally saved me after hours of frustration and incompetence across town, not to mention thousands of dollars. Rangewood staff said I would have to pay more than $2000 in cash for an antibiotic it turned out they didn't even have in stock. I have never had insurance go to bat for my family, but today the true professionals all showed up to make healthcare support happen the way it should! Thank you!"

"The pharmacy here are very rude and unprofessional. They also are thieves they filled my prescription of 120 count with 83 pills of oxycodone 20mg then refused to compensate what was missing i also had my doc send another prescription with the missing pills they refused to fill it and i was going to pay out of pocket. I survived 20 bullets and need my medication only to be treated like a dope feind I hope every last party involved is fired and charged"

"When I was a teenager a pharmacist at cvs decided she knew better than my doctor and filled the prescription differently than intended and it landed me in the hospital. I swore I would never use cvs again but now my insurance won't let me continue to use another pharmacy because of some stuff with cvs caremarks. I have been trying for too long to get the medication that I'm taking so I won't kill myself and cvs is the least helpful place I could be doing it. When we called to find if it was ready (from a cvs I always pickup from) the pharmacist claimed they didn't have my insurance on file and then tried to talk me into using a coupon that would take my med that is 20 dollars with insurance from 160 to 105 and purchase it without the insurance. I asked many times to bill the insurance and she wouldn't help me. Today I called to give them the insurance they supposedly don't have over the phone and they refused to take it and told me to bring the card in. After stopping in at the cvs to show them my insurance card with all my insurance information on it they told me that was a "medical card" not an insurance card....it's my medical insurance that I give everyone and that everyone but cvs accepts as my insurance card. I'm so fed up with this awful company. I should not be having to cold turkey the medication I'm dependent on because they can't figure out how to run a pharmacy"

"They get my prescriptions done nicely. I'm just upset that they won't get All of my prescriptions done. I have 2 narcotics they won't fill.. it's very inconvenient for me. They said something about the DA or something.. now I have to find somewhere else. It doesn't make any sense. I'm 53 years old. It's ridiculous."
