Walgreens Pharmacy

"This location takes forever to "review" refills before filling. My Dr sent in my prescription last week and it was due to be refilled by Friday and they never finished it. They're closed on weekends. And now it's Tuesday and it's still not ready. I'm so over it. They often close early with no warning either. In the past I got a prescription ready notice, went to get it half an hour after the notice was sent and they were closed, as of 1pm on a weekday, for the rest of the day. And because it was a controlled substance I couldn't just transfer it to another pharmacy and had to go without my medication because of them."

"This location is horrible! I get that there's a worker shortage. But with this location being closed on weekends, when you close the store 4 hrs early on fri,. People who are on controlled substance like Lyrica, can not transfer to another location and withdrawals are brutal and possibly dangerous all weekend.This happens often with temporarily closing. Walgreens does not seem to care about their customers health or keeping customers. I'm transferring to Safeway."

"Lied to my face about accepting Kaiser as insurance. They literally called Kaiser to transfer the script, had me wait a week for it to arrive, and then tell me when I came to pick it up that they dont take Kaiser and I have to go to another pharmacy and start all over. They even took my Kaiser card and said yes we take it. What??????"

"Took 30 mins to answer the phone with only 3 callers on the line."

"This store always has what I go in there looking for. Very nice cashiers."
