"I have been coming here for various prescriptions, and that’s why I gave them 3 stars because my other experiences have been just fine. I have been picking up the same monthly prescription for four months now, and it got to the point where for some reason I’d have a day or two without the meds because I couldn’t get it filled yet, and I was told my insurance would not let me fill it early - which is fine. That happens. So every month I would come in and try to get it filled. The couple of times I struggled nobody offered to put it on automatic refill, so I’d just get a text and could come in. I had to ask after getting frustrated. I went to see my doctor who prescribed the medication today, and I found out that he wrote it for 3 MONTHS AT A TIME. I was supposed to be getting 3 months at a time, so this would be avoided, but nobody who helped me even mentioned that or realized it or anything. I had to change pharmacies for this prescription, and I am very disappointed this happened. It could have saved me a lot of stress and confusion."

"Part of what makes this pharmacy a great one is that the staff is cohesive and has great longevity. Of course the pricing is also great. In fact, Express scripts must think it's their biggest competition because they work very hard to get me to buy medicines for the same price through the mail as I get them at the local pharmacy. One thing to note is that this pharmacy takes a break between approximately one and 2:30 p.m. in the afternoon. More than once I have forgotten that and shown up when they're not at the counter. I find medicines are usually in stock and prescriptions are filled promptly. Of course your experience may differ."
