I have a primary and a secondary insurance. What ever the primary doesn't pay the secondary will. Has nothing to do with my deductible."

She's the one that told me that I can bill my insurance for up to eight tests a month. You just save me a lot of money and a lot of time. Thank you"

"My insolin pen at this Walmart .2 out 5 pens won't work every time but Walmart doesn't take responsibility and said I need to call the manufacturer . So us insolin user's are out of luck . Sad that Walmart could give a no care about us .don't get your meds here . I guess they would seemingly let us die ? And now they raise the price from zero to almost 300.00 no way I have great insurance . because of greed my wife changed to Walgreens ."

"Just called pharmacy this is my first time ever receiving a prescription before. The man Ron actually laughed at me when I asked if they happened to have a prescription for me. I guess because I didn't directly give my name. While telling me that my perscription hadn't yet been processed he sounded like he hated his job and was clearly annoyed with me for just simply calling. After I said thank you he hung up on me. I'd just like to say get a different job if you dislike yours so much and remember to try and be kind you don't know what people are going through! I work in customer service and this was completely unacceptable."

"The worst pharmacy techs on the planet. True idiots. Arrived at 6pm, dropped off prescription, was told it would take "about 20 to 25 minutes". Shop, come back an hour and 40 minutes later, the prescriptions haven't even been started. Ask again after 10 more minutes, "oh, we're filling them now", and get attitude from the techs. Another 15 minutes, again, "oh, we're filling them now. " When we replied that we'd been told that 15 minutes ago it was, "Oh, we're backed up.", more attitude, and even more waiting. Do yourself a favor: take your prescription elsewhere. Save yourself the time and the lies."
