"I had set up delivery for pharmacy delivery. The time that my husband's prescriptions ran out I had to call them for them to tell me that they couldn't bill medicaid and that I had to transfer his prescription somewhere else instead of contacting me and letting me know ahead of time so I could get his prescription on time. Very unhappy with this experience. I give it a 2 star rating."

"What a breath of fresh air this place is! FINALLY made the switch from walgreens after 8+ years and I have not been disappointed. My PCP electronically sent in my C2 script around 8am, by 9:30AM it was READY! There was one person in line ahead of me! What a stark difference from Walgreens!!!! Only downside...no drive thru but that's ok since I only really need to visit monthly, I'll definitely make it work."

"Best hospital ever!! Everybody was amazing not just nurses, it was every single person that I interacted with in the hospital was professional courteous helpful pleasant and safe. The medication that I was prescribed to go home on was not covered in my plan I had no idea about any of it but the pharmacy went ahead and found a program that would pay for the medication and gave me enough to keep me okay. So I could not ask for a better worst situation if that makes any sense.. I would recommend this hospital to anybody and everybody. I went in very sick almost to have a heart attack and walked out of there feeling like a million bucks everything went smooth and quick thank you so much everybody at UC health they were so amazing"
