Peak Vista Pharmacy

Peak Vista Pharmacy, located at 225 South Union Boulevard in Colorado Springs, Colorado, is an essential part of the Peak Vista health care system. Our pharmacies at the Union and Academy health center locations provide convenient and accessible pharmacy services to all Peak Vista patients.

Patients can easily request prescription refills through our telephone prescription refilling system, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Simply call the number on your prescription label and follow the instructions to refill your medications.

In addition to traditional pharmacy services, Peak Vista Pharmacy also houses a specialized Warfarin Center. Our pharmacists at the Warfarin Center have received specialized training to help manage patients who are taking the anticoagulant drug Warfarin (Coumadin). Patients must be referred to the Warfarin Center by their Peak Vista provider for optimal anticoagulation therapy and to avoid adverse drug reactions.
