"If I could rate 0 stars I would. I have NEVER in my life had to deal with such an incompetent staff. And i mean the entire staff. My Dr. Has to send them refil requests because they insist I have no more refills every month. They tell me my prescription will be ready at a certain time and it's not even close if at all. They tell me they have it in stock and it will be ready in 15 mins when I call to question why it's not ready yet, I get there and I'm told they don't even have it. They keep switching it to a different brand that my insurance doesn't approve even when I as them to stop. We go to pick up a different prescription and they tell me they can see the other one and they can have it ready in a few mins if we pull over so we get out of line not thinking to ask if they are sure they even have it. We pull back around to ask and sure enough....they don't even have it. I decide to have it transfered to a different pharmace because at this point I have been out of my birth control for over a week. The other pharmacy calls them and they tell them that I have no refills. I call them and they confirm that once again, they changed it to the generic and since the other pharmacy asked for the one it's supposed to be they couldn't give it to them. She then snaps at me and says "the other pharmacy can change it back to the other prescription if they want to" and hangs up on me. I call the other pharmacy and they tell me that it wouldn't matter if it was the generic version or not, that if they asked for the regular one they have to send whatever they have. My mind is blown. Every single person I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with there should be fired. A group of hamsters could do a better job."

"As of Feb 2023, Cynthia, the pharmacy manager will do everything she can to make sure C2's are not filled at her store. Do yourself a favor and change to an independent pharm or hospital pharm - you wont be disappointed by switching. They also changed their policy without notifying patients of only allowing C2's to be filled 1-day early (every 29 days) AND oh my goodness, it takes FOREVER to get ANYTHING filled here, plus they never answer their phone, or when they Do answer - they just literally hang up on you. terrible customer experience and really makes pain patients feel bad about themselves when they shouldnt. No such thing as humane care at this store."
