"Wanted to give this pharmacy a 5 star due to the fact that they do treat me like a person, but the supervisor here or whoever, shipped out my medication when I never requested that to be done in the first place. Their was even a note that said otherwise to not ship it out, but somehow they still did. The supervisor here basically told me to deal with I will be escalating it with your higher ups. You have caused a major inconvenience on me, and instead of following directions, your staff mindlessly ignored my requests. Now it could be awhile before I recieve my medication, and my package is all the way up in denver. Will be filling a complaint additionally with the bbb, the supervisor here refuses to take any responsibility or admit fault when their was simply a note that was ignored. Instead of working with me to fix it. Update, ever since bringing up this concern, Genoa has corrected that concern and followed my requests. I can now give Genoa healthcsre five stars."
