"This store will not make hot sides for their hot food counter. They make you choose cold sides like potato salad. Not one hot side? I often wonder if these stores know it is fraud to list all these hot sides you can get with your meal combos, sell the meal combos, and tell every customer sorry we refuse to offer you any of the side choices listed on the sign. The sides we are paying for! This is obviously criminal, as it is obvious they are doing it to save on cost. It's infuriating that law enforcement would never hold them or any other business accountable. If you can't operate then close your hot window, stop defrauding your paying customers"

"Out of my rescue inhaler for asthma. Not notified it was backordered. We go to pick things up and it’s pushed back another 2 weeks. Have to keep checking the app for updates. Call a person when something lifesaving like a rescue inhaler is not going to be available for weeks."

"I called Thursday and spoke to a male regarding a prescription for my cat. He was very helpful and friendly. On Friday, I called and spoke to Kathleen to see if my script was ready. She said she would work on it and have it done by 6. It was ready before 530. We went to pick it up and Kathleen was so nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy."

"The staff have been pretty consistent and always have my prescriptions ready on time. 3 months later no complaints. The more you can communicate with them the better they can do their jobs and if you're receiving medication at work it's because you put that address somewhere"

"First time at this King Soopers and wow, just wow! I am overwhelmed with the level of service provided and simple kindness of employees here! Kelly, Truman, and Dylan were awesome checking me out and the elderly lady in front of me in line. Truman even walked her groceries out to her car for her (haven't seen that since the 90s, amazing!). And then Dylan appeared out of nowhere to bag my groceries and put them in my cart. Seems simple, maybe, but you don't get this level of service at the grocery store very often these days. Managers were also walking the store and saying hello to customers. Friendly guys. And a very clean store with active employees cleaning, stocking, preparing food in the bakery and deli. Good stuff going on here, I'll be back!"
