"We were transferred over to them in January. I contacted them to ask how we can lower our rates, they offered very little in terms of a solution. The greater problem was their inability to identify stacking of our uninsured motorist coverage. If they had taken the time to review our policy, they would have found this and potentially avoided losing a client. We were with Allstate for 23 years and when we contacted Melissa Andrews agency to let them know we were cancelling our policies, they did not ask why or offer to help and keep us as a client, instead, they simply said ok. I would not recommend working with this agency if you were a client from a previous agency that was transferred over to this agency. Your account is simply a service account and not deemed as valuable as their earned clients. Disappointing."
