"The agency’s phone number was not listed on policy which made contacting your office difficult. I had to call twice to request my homeowners policy be sent to my mortgage company. The name of company was changed without any communication sent to me notifying me of the change. I finally was able to speak to someone in the Colorado Springs office by selecting prompt new policy. The representative I spoke to was very professional and courteous. She sent proof of insurance to my mortgage company following my second request."
