"I do not recommend this agency. The lady didn't seem helpful and could careless in checking for best available rates for a possible new customer. I have quite alot of insurance needs so they lost out on a great customer. I'll take my business elsewhere. I got a letter from allstate that they could not insure me. This is the first I've ever been "denied" insurance. I believe this lady entered in false or inaccurate information. So I'll be contacting the higher chains in All-State to find out why this happened"

"Horrible agent, staff are nice but the main person dose not ever let you speak or get a word in. Also been with Allstate since I was 16, faithful to this agency and never given any discounts forgiveness nothing! Oh and I was under insured for home for some time with home values having gone up. New agent stated had house burned down I wouldn’t of been covered! Sorry excuse for insurance. Was also told I wouldn’t find cheaper, better insurance."

"I don't understand the negative reviews I see about this agency. We've been with Deborah for years and love having her as our agent. She is very knowledgeable and will continue to answer our questions until we feel confident with the information given. She's very patient. I never have trouble getting a hold of her - in fact, she's usually the one who answers the phone when I call her office. She gives us great advice and doesn't "push" things on us at all. I've always felt that she's looking out for our best interest. I would absolutely recommend her."

"Not a people person. Had to have my roof replaced due to a bad hail storm. I had several questions about the whole process so I tried email and I wasn't getting a very thorough answer back so I went in to do a face to face. I could not get a word in at all. I would start to ask a question and she would cut me off each time. Eventually she told me that I just needed to contact the claims adjuster in Texas and that the questions and concerns I had were the reasons why local agents don't bother dealing with insurance claims. She is rude and condescending. Changing agents quickly."

"I'm purchasing a house, so I contacted her to see about a homeowners policy quote with and without my car with them. I got an email response asking for my current address, the address being purchased, and my date of birth. I responded with that info, assuming they were setting up a file no me and would get back to me with more questions since the only relevant info about the quote needed is the address being purchased. A full week later, without any communication in between, I get an email from someone else with two quotes.... Where were the questions about what deductibles I want? flood insurance? hail? tornado? coverage levels for furniture, sporting goods, pets, etc? Not to mention when getting a quote that includes a car on the policy you'd expect to know what they are going to charge to insure the car so you can compare total costs with other companies. They never even asked what year or type of car, let alone supplied a quote for the car. In that week they failed to ever communicate with me, I exchanged numerous emails and phone calls with other companies. I'd expect the sales/courting period of a new customer to be when they would give the best service in order to make the sale. So if there is a lack of communication during the sales period, I can only expect equal or worse service if I'm a customer who needs to file a claim and has already given them my money."
