I feel that this shop took full advantage of an elder man in their lobby and lost the trust in the community they serve. "Avoid at all costs! My Fiancé Craig, took his Jeep Cherokee there for years and trusted their reasonably priced, quality work completely. At his recommendation I also had my cars serviced there. That was until the new ownership/management took over! Now they are nothing but rip off Artists! They sell you a bill of goods every time you walk in the door, do shoddy work, and use recalled parts, so you have to keep coming back for the same problem over and over again!"
