"I recently had my car repaired at Alternative Auto Care. I was very impressed with their honesty and transparency. They did a great job and stand behind their work like no other business I have come in contact with. I didn't think businesses like this existed anymore. This is the first time I have reviewed a company and felt like 5 stars was just not enough. There are many auto repair shops to choose from, and I have tried many, but I have found the one in AAC that has earned my loyalty. You can take your vehicle here with confidence that it will be in great hands and you will not be upsold or scammed."

"Update: Team couldn't figure out an issue on my truck and said it was normal wear and tear and there was an 800 part that would help but not fix it. I did that and it didn't help. I ended up taking the truck to a dealership and they figured it out right away. You pay more for a dealer but they have much more staff/knowledge. This place doesn't specialize in trucks so that's kind of on me. Still gave them a chunk of cash for not much being fixed. I believe they do good work, but just not the best results in my case. Id take your car there for general maintenance. They state that they specialize in imports and not USA manf. Vehicles. If you fall in this category, probably a great choice. If you have a truck, take it somewhere else. Sorry for the 2* but it's only fair"

"Just used them to fix a mistake I made doing some of my own car work. Turns out I actually didn't mess anything up, just thought I did. The could have been dishonest and told me I needed the part I thought I messed up and made money off of me, but instead they told me straight up that it was fine and told me other things they recommended while in there, but it was very low pressure. I had to get the rotors and pads done for sure while there, but they didn't pressure me into anything else that was unecessary. I really appreciate their honesty and they were very friendly and nice to work with."

"I was heading to work and had electrical problems and ended up breaking down about 6/10 of a mile from Alternative. I got my vehicle over there and they were professional, understanding, prompt, and they didn't lie to me and give me the mechanic shuffle which I've seen before. Being a former owner of a successful limo company I have a high expectations of professionalism and service both of which were present at Alternative. The work was clean and they let me know what was going on as far as repairs or changes in a timely manner."
