"Over the top customer service! I had taken my truck in for an oil change and they left a bracket loose underneath, which when I brought it back they immediately fixed it. Shane the manager gave me his business card and said that he would take care of me on my next oil change. So I brought my Camry in about a month later when it needed an oil change, expecting a discount on my oil change. Instead I got an invoice for no charge for a full synthetic oil change! It is this kind of customer service that earns the lifetime loyalty of customers. Got to give a shout out for Jerry too, because he's the one that took care of me when I came back. Thank you fellas for your excellent customer service and you will see both of my cars in the future."

"Awesome service from Jerry and everyone of the mechanic's! Went in for an oil change, was told I might need to get a new oil pan since the drain plug was stripped. Informed Jerry I was planning on buying a new car later down the line and didn’t think I would want to put more money into my current car that’s getting up there in miles (280k). He explained a possible solution that would cost me $25 if it was able to catch and keep the plug secure with no leakage of oil. They tried it out and it worked. Saved me a good $800 and is letting me drive my car for a little longer. Need to keep people like Jerry around to provide the best service, especially in the car mechanic world."

"The new management of this shop are positively delightful. I went in for an oil change with my new used car. It's an older luxury model of which I know nothing about. I asked what I asked and although I'm sure those who know more about cars than I, would think "how the f do you not know this?" Not only were my questions met with genuine responses, they were funny without suggesting I should know better which is nice. There's a stigma of women being sold snake oil when it comes to vehicle maintenance and the vibe I got was more "this car runs best with such and such treatment. If you notice these things occurring, here are the recommended ways to reduce or mend that before it becomes an expensive repair" and less of a "what you need to do is, little lady..." Also the service my car received was top notch and even the little lings like seat adjustments were respected. I will most definitely be bringing my car back here for all of its services. There is a nice waiting area with a TV and chairs and I don't think it would be a problem if I had to wait, with a kid or 2 in tow. They were super responsive and respectful to every customer who moseyed in while I waited."

"Visited this Thornton location of Brakes Plus to see if they could any better with their prices to replace the brake pads (premium pads, not the economy one) and rotors on the rear brakes of my Honda, and was pleasantly surprised that their prices were about one -third to a half of a Honda dealer's price quote. It took them about an hour longer than promised, but I was willing to wait a bit longer if the savings were that significant. Free Wi-Fi (a bit slow) and coffee/water, maybe about 8-10 seats in the lobby waiting area. Parking is free but not too many spaces. Brakes Plus will not sell or service tires, though. Overall, recommended as a very viable alternative to dealer's prices."
