"A friend recommended this place and it did not disappoint! When they stake the claim of best ribs in Colorado they aren’t joking. As someone who grew up near KC I get pretty picky about my ribs and these exceeded my expectations. They were cooked perfectly, and a delicious glaze, and the bbq sauce was very good. They have three choices of bbq sauce and I picked the classic. The sausage was tasty and so were the sweet potato tots. The tots were crispy on the outside and the perfect amount of chewy on the inside. As for the service, I was able to be seated at the bar right away and my food came out quickly. The staff were friendly and my waitress was very kind and provided great service. I will definitely be back!"
"I wish I could give this place more stars. The atmosphere was cool and they have really cool chairs at the bar. The service was good and attentive. The food is not so much. The ribs were almost warm and pretty chewy. The brisket was the same, cold and chewy. The beans were hot and the baked potatoes were good so there's that."
"First time visit. We were seated quickly on Friday evening and received our meals equally as quick. They were very helpful in assisting a member of our party who had a dairy allergy. Our server was very knowledgeable of what could cause an allergic reaction. Three of four of our meals were generous enough to take a sizable portion home. The atmosphere is comfortable and each of the serving rooms have their own vibe. Some of the meal items were less than hot but had very good flavor."
