"I am so frustrated. I have been on the phone for 45 minutes trying to schedule my regular 6 month cleaning. The office never picks up the phone and I keep getting sent to a "booking center". Except the booking center refuses to book appointments, saying that I am not due for my 6 month cleaning EVEN THOUGH I AM. And when I ask them to connect me to the office, I get rerouted back to this center. The people I'm speaking to at the center can barely speak English and don't understand what I am asking for. What an absolute waste of my time, such terrible customer service."

"Used to be wonderful. I have been a customer for 5+ years and really enjoyed using Perfect Teeth in South Boulder. Unfortunately, after an acquisition, the quality has dropped dramatically. Pros: Some of the friendly wonderful people still work there. Location is great. Office is nice enough. Dr. Mears was/is great, but I believe he is now gone. Cons: It is impossible to get a person on-site to answer the phone (I've called over 20 times on a variety of items - zero answers). This means you're routed to a centralized call center that is woefully ill-equipped to answer any questions. You leave messages, nobody calls back. Confusion abounds on billing and scheduling. I had done Invisalign here, with which there was even more confusion. No longer recommend this establishment."

"I've had my apt cancelled the day before 4 times now. I called to reschedule, we agreed on a date and time for the Erie location since Boulder is such a mess, and then I got an email saying my apt was scheduled for a completely random date and time that didn't work for me. The Boulder office is so swamped with staff shortages that I would not try going here. If you are a grad student - beware that they will charge you for extra services that are not covered by the CU insurance and it will take months to resolve. Only giving 1 star because the two times I was actually able to get an apt the last couple of years, the tech was nice."

"Went to get some cavities filled which normally is dreadful. I sometimes have anxiety getting fillings but the staff made me feel at ease the whole time. The doctor (Dr. Sanders I think) was very compassionate and understanding regarding my anxiety. Plus, he was really good at giving the numbing shots, I barely felt a thing! Out of all the perfect teeth locations I have been to this was by far the best experience I have had."

"Such a fantastic, helpful and warm experience at a dentist office. From the front office staff, to the assistants right down to the dentist this was a great experience. Addie at the front desk was particularly helpful and assisted in navigating a less than pleasant experience with my former dentist. All with a smile and a comforting and compassionate demeanor; she really knows her job and and how best to navigate through nonsense situations and seems to care about the well being of the patients. The office is also very modern and tidy with state of the art equipment and treatments. My dentist was very helpful and informative and offered me several treatment options based on my needs that would fit into my budget. He also seems to actually care. I’m usually very tense at the dentist, am a horrible patient and generally despise the experience but this was different. We all actually enjoyed a good hearty and wholesome laugh together at my last appointment and that’s happened never times before. I really felt ok here and that’s a first as I usually black out or have an out of body experience from anxiety at the dentist; such a wreck and no wonder my dentists mostly hate me. I don’t feel that in this office. Lastly the staff in general are just good folks and I felt very comfortable in this office and would recommend them to anyone."
