Experience Dental Boulder

"Been meaning to write this review for a long time. I am so grateful for Experience Dental. Being on Medicaid I was worried that the care I received might not be great but that was not the case. Everything about this Dental office is first rate. The people are friendly, scheduling is easy, offices are nice, and the dental care is spot on. I could not have been more happy to find Experience Dental. After my initial positive experience with getting x-rays and a general check up. I ended up cracking a tooth. Both Doctors Adam and Jeremy worked with me to help me assess the problem, create a temporary, and craft a beautiful crown. The kindness, patience and quality care during a very vulnerable time was so appreciated. Due to the fire at the Boulder location I was seen in the Thorton and both offices took great care of me. Dental work can be scary and the ability of this office to help me feel safe and taken care can not be lauded enough. Additionally I've been seen by two hygienists through the office and both have been amazing. We in the front range are blessed to have Experience Dental in our area. I have recommended their care to others and recommend it to you as well."

"Receptionist is completely into talking to patients like she owns them. After spending $15,000 they wouldn’t give me a refund on a $250 charge for incomplete imaging. They wanted me to come back from Boulder again for another image and at that point I was done. I did not want to spend another $15,000 on work that was questionable. I was considering permanent implants, but the inability to get the correct imaging one one appt when I have to drive from Boulder to Thornton for an appt. If I can’t get a refund on incomplete work, if that’s their policy, but that receptionist was out of control. I feel like a refund was a reasonable request, especially considering I’ve spent over $15,000 in the past 6 months. I have to go all the way to Thornton to see the Doctor, and now I get talked to like trash. I had the receptionist on speaker phone when she started being mean, my co-workers’ jaws dropped at the way I was being treated. I was at work, with guests in front of me who couldn’t believe what was happening either. I would like to find a dentist I can trust, this is not what I was expecting, and now I suffer from severe trauma from this whole experience. Not one checkup after I got my partials, and they have never fit correctly. I just wanted to get them adjusted to fit correctly. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years and I would never let one of my employees talk to a customer that way."

"Dr. Adam and his team are great. They were so accommodating with scheduling, transparent about insurance + pricing, kind and thoughtful during my appointment. The dental assistant and Dr. Adam explained everything they were doing and were very considerate of my comfort during the cleaning, exam, and retainer impressions. Hands down the best dentist I've ever been to! The massage chairs in the waiting room were a very nice touch, too. :)"

Definitely will continue to come here as long as I am in Boulder. My two year old had her first dentist appointment here and they did so well with her!"

"Experience Dental has become my new favorite dental office. From the moment I walked in, to the very last interaction, I was truly impressed by the service I received. Dr. Adam not only portrayed excellent bedside manners, he did an admirable job describing each procedure and what to expect day of. He has a very calming presence and I value this quality from a dentist where I may become a little fearsome for procedures. The office manager concluded my appointment with a detailed financial plan of what I can also expect prior to scheduling my upcoming procedures. I’m incredibly excited to work with their team and I don’t usually write reviews for medical services, but this team deserved a review!!"
