"The dentist and hygienists provide excellent care, however, the administrative team falls short. Expect disorganized record-keeping, difficulties reaching staff by phone, and mix-ups in scheduling and patient information. Insurance details are often overlooked (i.e. being asked to pay for services that are fully covered) and data is frequently lost, requiring repeated updates. Canceling appointments requires a 24-hour notice, but the office is often unresponsive and closed every other Friday, and randomly some Mondays it seems, making it challenging to avoid cancellation fees. So, if you need to cancel a Monday appointment last minute, be sure to call repeatedly the Thursday prior! Despite the professional work of the dental team, ongoing issues with front desk operations have led to the decision to seek a new dental practice."
