"I like Culvers; I enjoy their menu diversity. We arrived around 6 on a Saturday evening and they were slammed. We decided to try the "skip the line" table order. Unfortunately their app doesn't allow you to customize your order. I requested assistance from one if the workers. She couldn't help but went to ask the manager. The manager replied she had no idea how it worked. This isn't a new service so I'm surprised and frustrated at the lack of assistance. Nice concept, but make sure it's customer friendly before you put it out there!!"

"I come here frequently as I work near by. I usually don't have issues... the other day I got the wrong food, it's fine it happens. However the burger I g9t had everything on it I don't eat, and tomato which I'm allergic to. So I had to trash it. I called and they wanted me to drive all the way back to give them the burger to get it replaced. It was late at night and I wasn't about to dig through the trash. $10 down the drain and I was left without dinner. Every other time has been amazing though. Their fries are always so good."

"This location is pretty nice, service is good as well, but I ordered the shrimp basket and it does say that it includes coleslaw and a bread roll. I didn’t get them, I get they were busy, but why promote something that’s not going to be given plus I’m paying for it too."

"As we were l paying for our food we told the drive thru lady last time we came and ordered buffalo tenders we didn’t get it this time she made sure our order was correct plus she delivered it herself and told us she made sure we got buffalo tenders. We appreciate she took the time make sure our order was correct and delivered it to our vehicle. Will definitely be back again"
