"The manager doesn't speak or understand english. Went thru the drive thru and ordered food, telling him several him times what I wanted to get the WRONG FOOD! Then when you call back he wants to argue with you instead of just taking care of the wrong food order. What kind of customer service is that? NONE. To say the least the food was Cold. Wasn't fresh at all!!!"

"Associated were super nice but both the cheeseburgers and fries were cold. Just getting off work and was so hungry so I ate them. Also I don't have the energy to return food right now. Real drag though"

"We haven’t had any issues with mobile pick-up or delivery orders from this McDonald’s location. The food is exactly what you would expect and it usually doesn’t take too long to get our food. It can get pretty busy during peak hours, but the line usually moves quickly. The inside is pretty bare-bones, but people rarely dine inside fast-food places."

"McDonald's has been increasingly isolative and inpersonal with their upgrades, and this is no exception. While the store is clean, it is easy to do so when people don't even feel welcome. It was quite cold in the store outright, and everyone had to wear jackets to stay somewhat comfortable. The cash registers are entirely removed, so you are, by force, use their digital kiosk system to order your food. And those things lack response time, which made even ordering a hassle and a half. The food was given to us at room temp, and got cold quickly before we were able to finish it. Not to mention it tasted freezerburned. To top it all off, the drink system was removed and the management would not respond to our inquiry to get a refill. The whole experience was like a boot camp. Avoid this store at all costs."
