"I placed my order through the app and was missing an entire entree when I got home and opened the container. Tried to call The store several times with out anyone answering and then even tried to reach out through the website to get this corrected. I do not recommend the Smokey Hills Location."
"If you're ordering early, the food is absolutely atrocious. It seems like they serve unsold food from the previous day to the early orders the next day. I have had 3 separate occasions where 10:30am orders are delivered dry, under sauced, and far less flavorful than any given lunch order. Panda Express has been, in the past, reportedly caught over saucing old food in an attempt to re sell it at a later date. ( Over sauced food tends to re moisturize the dryness of the meat), but I wasn't even given that courtesy. 3 times in a row, the Beijing beef and orange chicken were almost completely void of sauce, dry and tasteless. The rice was dryer than the sahara desert and the noodles were almost as hard as under cooked pasta. And they certainly were not fresh. and in that manner, the food seemed overcooked to a char and almost certainly inedible. In the case of the orange chicken, I felt like I was eating the consistency of FRIED chicken without the benefit of proper seasoning. It was horrible. Given the lunch menu, I think that this time is the proper and prime time to get their food. As with most restaraunts, their busiest timeframe is lunch hour. So usually you will get fairly fresh food considering the amount of food demanded vs. the food put out. So it is more consistently cooked and therefore fresher quality for the consumer. I get the fact that they're trying to maximize profits off of wasted food at the end of the day, but there really is no excuse to serve food the way I obtained it. I'm not looking for gourmet Chinese bistro in Panda Express. I am simply looking for decently prepared Americanized Chinese food at a decent cost. And if they're failing at that, then there is a much bigger issue at hand. I would only recommend this location for lunch, and even then, you might be left wondering if the food you're eating is an unsold batch from the previous day. As I have not experienced this problem at any other panda express, I will be writing corporate about the issue here, since neither quality of management, or service principles have improved. but I'm sure their profit margins have...."
"You’re better off getting food from workers who don’t hate their jobs. The cashier with the scruffy beard that works here definitely hates his life and made online pickup a headache. Having to show my entire order receipt WHILE I’ve said my name multiple times. The man didn’t go to check the receipt on the order but instead told me “I don’t need your attitude I’m just doing my job.” I’ll spend the extra gas to go to the Parker road location where I don’t have to argue to pickup the food that has my name on it. This has only further solidified my disappointment with this location since it’s opening.."
"This is by far the best Panda Express I've had in the Denver area. Saw the poor reviews and was skeptical, but went through the drive through and ordered Orange Chicken and Beef with Broccoli. Both were full of flavor/sauce, plenty of it. There is a location nearer to my work and the three times I've been there (during lunch hours while they are busy) the beef in the dish looks sickingly pale and not cooked, the broccoli has zero flavor and just tastes like it was blanched in salt water. If this location wasn't so far from my work, I would go here more often."
"Worst Panda Express ever. I order broccoli beef and orange chicken and they barely put a meet and tried to make it look like there is more by putting rice underneath it. I also ordered a coke and I told the employee at the window that I ordered one and waited for 10 minutes and still never got it and never got my fortune cookie either. The employees here are rude to the customers and try to make fun of them as I heard through the speaker at the drive through and sounded like racist remarks. If I can give 0 stars I would"
