"Ordered a fish sandwich at a cost of $5.19. The cheese and the tartar sauce never made it on the sandwich. I ended up eating a dry sandwich. So disappointed. I also noticed that the sandwich was much smaller then the quarter pounder that my husband had. Including the small fry our 3 items cost a total of $14.66. Wow, not even close to worth it. Needless to say we won't be going back to McDonald's...many other places to get a good bang for your buck!"
"Went there for dinner last night. We ordered three sandwiches and they messed up two of them. I ordered mine without cheese and onions, but with ketchup and mayo. When I opened it up at home, it had cheese and onions, but no mayo and ketchup. We’re giving up on this McDonald’s."
"Ordered large French fry and the person serving us happened to be the manager so she gave us medium and we politely told her we paid/ordered a large fry so she went to the back and put the medium fry in a large box and sent us on our way , instead of making a scene and making people wait for their order we went on with our day, terrible service"
"This McDonald's has a bunch of self-serve kiosks and then a tiny counter that usually doesn't have anyone there; you have to use the kiosk and hope for the best. The problem is, they are BUGGY. One would not let me pay with the app, another one was installed backwards so it told me to go pick up my order from the counter while pointing to the exit. I love technology and the idea of self-serve as an option, but clearly McDonald's or this location has gone too far without a good experience to back it up. The food was fine, but I will hesitate to visit this location again due to the poor experience with the kiosks."
"Stood in a long drive thru line for just a medium fries. Got home to find it was barely filled 1/3 of the way. $4 for garbage. Standards are pretty low as is when it comes to McDonald’s, but this location is complete trash. Not sure what satisfaction it brings to employees who probably get paid less than minimum wage to support corporate greed."
