"The resort was very nice. Located by the mountains was there on vacation/business. I would recommend this resort has a ton of amenities. Grace was amazing and went above and beyond to resolve my concerns. At the end of my stay ended up running into to Chris/Jess manager who was very helpful full of insight and gave us some great information to hold our conference at this location later in the year. Will definitely be going back with kids and business. Thanks a million for everything!!!"

"Beautiful views and their main lobby is picture perfect. We stayed overnight while visiting some friends and overall had a great time, great value for the price. Rooms: are spacious, good layout and also had great mountain views. They were a bit outdated but for the price I couldn't complain. Restaurant: Was really nice, however, the food took forever, the food was cold, and over cooked. Service was unpleasant and overall unimpressed. Ammenities: We took advantage of the swimming pool and my kids really enjoyed the slide and the fact that it was indoors. The downside was that they were only open from 10 Am- 7 Pm. Their outside pool was open later and appeared to be heated, but it was snowing and we weren't brave enough for it. For a "resort" their service was really lackluster, they weren't friendly at all but they weren't rude either. Try it out!"

"Room was super clean, staff was friendly and helpful with anything needed. The resort has buffet breakfast, live band on certain nights in bar, indoor pool and heated outdoor pool (beware still cold for my liking so I did not get in). Close to zoo and garden of God's but still close to town to go to stores if needed. The resort is also pet friendly"

"This is my family’s second winter trip here. We have enjoyed both stays. There is a lot to do with young children. We want to come back in the summer to enjoy the lake and outdoor pools (one outdoor pool and hot tub remains open during winter). The trails around the property are so beautiful! Highly recommend!"

"As much as I find this resort nice, I cannot stand how I can hear every foot step of those above me. The room is clean and the views are great. I booked for a impromptu staycation during a big snowstorm hoping for a little R&R after getting back from my deployment and before a big vacation with my 4 kids. Unfortunately, the ceilings and walls are so thin I could hear every footstep of those above me. I also hear full and very clear conversations. It woke me up several times my first night and I have no doubt it will wake me up again the next 2 nights I am here. This morning I was woken up at 0600 after only checking in and getting to my room 2 hours prior at 0400. A person which I assume is a child was running across the room above me. For a resort to have such thin, uninsulated ceilings that I can hear conversations and loud footsteps is disappointing. I probably won't stay here again unless I get a top floor. I posted a video with the noise you can easily hear. Otherwise, a great resort but I love my sleep and don't like having it interrupted."
