"We purchased a hot tub from Stiver's late last year. After about 4 months of use, it suddenly stopped working. Melissa answered the phone when I called the store to inform them what was going on. She took down my information and said she would quickly contact Donny who was up in the mountains on a service call. Donny called me back within minutes and offered to come by later that evening (Saturday). He arrived fully equipped with tools and spare parts. After only 20 minutes, our hot tub was working again! No charge and no corporate runaround. Turns out it was a faulty top deck control panel due to the wires being pinched, likely at manufacturing. Donny and Melissa clearly care about their business and their customers. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Stiver's that's looking for a new hot tub. 5 stars all the way!"
