Del Taco

"Update: Now second time within months that they didn't give me right order, at least last time it wasnt what I ordered by I could eat it. This time they litteraly just cheated me and basically stole a few dollars besides happiness. Lowered to 3 stars from 5 as I had let last time go. Never ever recall this issue back in CA. I don't need hand fulls of sauce, especially when they don't give the actual sauce. I have to rethink Del Teasy and just go back to Taco hell or making making myself. Previously: Crew heck of quick and all tasting good so far."

"This was the dirtiest location I’ve ever been to. My husband took the last bite of his burrito and had to spit it out due to the fact there was a 3 inch piece of plastic in it!We let the crew know what happened and the gentleman hardly cared. My husband and I were more concerned because there were three small children eating a meal one table down. That piece of plastic could have easily been in there meal as it was in ours. This location needs to be shut down immediately."

"My husband went through drive thru and they only gave him part of the order. He went back and they would not make it right. We will never be back."

"I had the taco Tuesday deal and literally had tacos with either no lettuce or cheese in them. The shells were stale and broken. The only consistency was that all of them had a tablespoon of beef. Ended up with a horrible stomach ache. I am a Del rewards app user and asked the manager if my earned points would expire at the end of the year. She told me "Yes". I did my own research and found out they don't unless you leave the account inactive for 6 months. Wow, what's up with managers not knowing how things work where you're the boss? Rewards program is a scam. I've reached the highest tier/ level and have received squat. They advertise food items for reaching the top level, like an Epic Burrito. I have never received one in the 3 years I've been in the program. UPDATE: Since the tacos suck, I decided to try the breakfast burritos. Here is what you get with an egg & cheese $4.19 burrito. Very skimpy. It looks as though the eggs are from a box and grill scrapings are just added for seasoning. Notice the darkness in the eggs? That's from the grill they cook them on. Also, they're very greasy. Enough to give you a stomach ache. Well, we now know that the tacos AND breakfast burritos are both worthy of stomach aches. Consistency. Try a local Mexican restaurant that serves breakfast burritos. They are not only cheaper, but are larger, fresher and have no grill color added. I will reluctantly use up my points and uninstall this app. C'mon Man."

Del Taco does a pretty darn good job and those folks work very hard it was very busy seems to be extremely popular takes a little bit of time to get through but it's worth it they sure fill up the tacos with everything you like price is good too. Big thanks to those extremely hard working people that made that stuff really good."
