"the workers on the black Friday were absolutely clueless. We walked in at 4:45 and didn’t leave until 5:20, and there was only one couple in front of us in line. It was unbelievable how slow they were moving, absolutely no sense of urgency and didn’t feel bad that they were making people wait 30+ minutes for 2 smoothie bowls. Id understand if there was a line out the door or something, but there just wasn’t. Definitely a bad look for this location!!"

"My wife and I have been here twice recently and the product is great. Today we visited at about 12:45pm and the service was awful. There were two ladies working, a blonde who was super nice and a brunette that obviously didn't want to be there. She had NO personality, rude and even though I tipped, not even a "thank you". Then to top it off, we went to my truck to eat our bowls and low and behold, I had a hair in mine. Now, because I spent more than $20 for two bowls and against my wife's liking, I removed the longer dark hair and ate the product. What could I do? Anyway, product is great, service today, not so much. Also, both times we've been in, the music is almost more that I can handle. Very loud and makes it hard to communicate."

"First time going and it was a good experience. The staff was happy to make some recommendations on what was popular and what their favorites were. We ordered both the bowl and smoothies. The granola on the bowl was amazing along with the rest of the bowl. The smoothies were good too. I recommend the Paradise Bowl. The owner was there making sure everything was running smoothly."
