"The staff member who was working the front desk was extremely rude. I was waiting to get my keys for my car that was serviced and he was more eager to help the next customer behind me, who I overheard was buying speakers for her son’s car. I asked him if he could help me work the device that was recently installed in my vehicle and he again, in frustration said I’m the only one here. He did not even try to help me or try to manage both myself and the woman behind me. He left me to either figure it out myself or I stand there until he serviced the person (s) BEHIND me. It was completely rude and unprofessional. I am dreading going back for my monthly service. I can only imagine what that will be like."
"The guy that helped me was chill and fast. Intoxalock is Garbage, the Governments schemes to profit off of the poor and call it justice is BULLs, the subsidiaries of Intoxalock are All BS and. NONE OF IT HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH PUBLIC SAFETY OR THE PUBLICs best interest."
