"Mixed bag. They were able to resolve the improper installation and balancing done at the Castle Rock Sam's Club location. When I needed another balance and rotation, they wouldn't take walk-ins at all so I had to wait several weeks for an appointment. When I got there for my appointment, they were only working one bay. The work was done fairly quickly, but when I asked how things went the tech told me one wheel had 2 hub centric rings so he didn't install the second one. I had aftermarket wheels on my car for many years and usually do my own rotations, including the previous one, so I was very surprised to hear this. I asked him to get me the "extra" ring which he went in the back and brought to me. When I got home, I checked all my wheels and sure enough, one ring was missing. What must have happened is one stayed in the wheel while another stayed on the hub, confusing the tech. I had been the last person to rotate the wheels and would certainly have noticed if I tried to mount a wheel with 2 rings, and regardless the tech should have noticed that one wheel he mounted had no ring. So I jacked up my car, pulled the wheel off and installed the ring myself. I do appreciate that he told me what happened so I could diagnose and resolve the problem myself. And he was pleasant to talk to. But he really should have figured this out himself. He might not have much experience with hub rings, so I tried calling back a few days later to let him know what happened. But the tire center phone rang for a couple minutes until someone just picked it up and immediately hung up on me. Not professional at all. So I hope he sees this review. I have also gotten conflicting information from the Tire Centers regarding their policies, which even the managers don't seem to understand. For example, I was told that once you buy any tires there, they will rotate and balance tires on any car you own, even if you got the tires somewhere else. And I was told that if your membership ends, they will still balance and rotate tires you bought there free. But both of those claims have been denied by other Sam's Club Tire Center employees. The Costco and Discount Tire locations I have used seem to have better trained techs than either of the Sam's Club Tire Centers I went to."

"Esper in the tire center went way above and beyond to help me with new tires. We drove in from Albuquerque for a graduation and ended up getting 2 flat tires on the way. Both were irreparable, unfortunately. Esper made sure we were back on the road safely with 3 brand new tires. Thank you for helping us, I don't know what we would have done had we gone to another location!"

"Tried do do business here twice. The first time I was ready to purchase tires, they pulled my truck in then said they couldn't remove the lug nuts because of the chrome caps? I took it to a tire dealer who had no problem. Next I bought a battery for another vehicle After 10 months it will no longer hold a charge. I took it back but did not have the receipt. They said they could not look it up so I went home, looked it up myself on line and when i returned they said they did not have a replacement. And they don't know if they will get any and I should go check other locations."
