"This team at discount tire was the LITERAL definition of customer service! Shout out to Dante for navigating me and helping find replacement tires while other discount tires failed me. Not only was he so kind but was so proactive in helping by updating my information and ordering everything I needed for my car before I even arrived! Also a big thank you to Jack M. who provided us the best customer service and saw my defected tire, and helped without any questions! This crew here at this location should always be the standard, they were so awesome! Everyone was so welcoming and fun but most of all, professional! "I first went in to get the rear bead of my tires broken. There was no problem there. I then said I was going to be back to have them balanced. I can back after mounting them and asked for them to balance. I then went back to have them balanced. When he took the first tire out of my bed he broke the plastic piece for my step. He popped it back in. Later it came un done and realized he broke 3 of the plastic clips. I was able to recover 1. Then Donovan comes out and gives me attitude and tells me they can’t touch my wheels and tires. I have had my beadlocks serviced here several times before. I then went to the Highlands Ranch location off of Red Cedar and they took me right in. No questions asked. If you want professional and quality service go elsewhere."

"Got a flat on the way to get some work done on my vehicle they did not have the tire that I wanted in stock so they put a temp tire on me so I could get it to the place that I was going to work on it. Brough it back the next day once they got the tires in and got them installed. They always have the best pricing on tires and am so happy with this location service."

"Huge thank you and sincere appreciation to Tommy and the team at Discount Tire!! A few days ago, with single digit temps, I pulled in to the store, due to a low tire pressure warning. I just thought I needed some air due to the frigid temperatures. The young man (who was freezing his backside off while working the air fill station), told me my tire had picked up metal shrapnel which was embedded in the sidewall. He warned me & recommended that I not drive on it as it was almost flat. As I was processing what to do next, it occurred to me that I thought I had purchased a Tire & Wheel Warranty when I leased the car 2 years earlier but I couldn't remember and needed to go home to check the paperwork. The young man (sorry, I don't know his name), told me, no problem - they would change the tire and put on the spare for me at NO CHARGE. I then went inside to speak with Tommy and advised him the same that I needed to check my paperwork before purchasing a new tire. Tommy, being a true professional, also said "no problem" and he went ahead and gave me prices on a new tire just in case. And to make this experience even more positive, whoever took off the flat tire, wrapped it in plastic (it was filthy from the muddy ice & snow) and placed it in my trunk. I got home and discovered I indeed had a tire policy with Lexus so got a new tire from the local dealership. As goofy as it may sound, I was almost regretful that I didn't purchase the tire from Discount Tire because of the exceptional, professional and outstanding customer service they provided. They truly went over & beyond which is extremely rare these days. So again, thank you!"

"Update - Had a wonderful experience this morning at this location. First spoke to Dante on the phone then dealt with Tommy again at the shop. Both were super nice and knowledgeable… ultimately needed to replace two tires and even showed up an hour and a half early for my appointment (assuming I would just drop it off and come back later) anyways leaving and coming back wasn’t even necessary as they literally had my 4runner in and out in 15min, which was crazy fast! So even though my last experience was frustrating due to the delays in retrospect they did do a good job and provided solid customer service (just took much longer than expected.. at least 3x)… but they fully redeemed themselves today and I am bumping my prior three up to five stars.
