"Had car in for service a week ago, quite easy and nice experience. But when tires were being rotated a sensor was unknowingly broken. I pointed it out and they not only replaced the brakes (which the sensor is connected to) but went an extra mile and also replaced the rotors at no cost to me. Brian in service coordinated this with the General Manager and made this an incredible experience where they obviously put the customer first."
"I called today for an oil change on my GMC 2500 Duramax Diesel. They were able to get me in on the same day! The service advisor Jacob was very polite and welcoming from start to finish. My technician even sent a video of the inspection and work that was done! Great customer service is appreciated!"

"The service here continues to be disappointing. Every time I get my oil changed here with a scheduled appointment, it is the same. There is no greeting whatsoever when you walk in until the agents are good and ready. Eye contact and a "Welcome in, we'll be with you shortly" would go a LONG way! This most recent trip started like usual. I pulled into the garage on time for my appointment, got out of my truck, walked inside to your service counter area, and began to wait for someone to acknowledge me. 5 minutes later, another customer walks in. After a few more minutes, the agent begins to help that guy, without asking who was next or who had walked in first. Surprised that the other customer didn't mention that I was in there first, but thinking surely this won't take too long, I decided to be Mr Nice Guy. Turns out this guy did not have an appointment and had some random questions about the sensor on his vehicle that makes the vehicle brake when getting too close to another vehicle or object. The agent at the counter got 2 techs involved, having an ongoing conversation about this, meanwhile I'm standing there trying to be patient. At some point while the customer is talking to the techs and the agent is just basically listening, I ask the agent if he can just get me checked in for my scheduled appointment. He told me I would need to wait until they got this guy's issue figured out. So I waited another probably 5-10 minutes for the customer, the 2 techs and the front counter agent to continue this long conversation trying to figure out what each other is talking about and finally decide how they were going to move forward, and the agent finally gets me checked in. This whole thing probably lasted 25-30 minutes from the time I arrived, while I just stood there, waiting to get my truck checked in...for my scheduled appointment. If you have cameras, check it out. It is ridiculous. Takeaways that could have easily made this experience way better for me: 1. Greet the customers when they walk in the door 2. If there is more than one person in the room, ask who is next instead of just assuming the guy in front of you is who you need to take care of first 3. There is absolutely no reason that the agent couldn't have pulled himself away from the conversation that ended up being between the tech and the customer, asked me if I had an appointment(as the other guy clearly did not), and checked me in. I have a couple of free oil changes left that I pre-purchased when I purchased my vehicle, but can't wait until those are done so I can start going to my local Jiffy Lube. I hope you will take this information and help it make you better. I don't generally complain too much or fill out surveys, but the folks working there seem to have no idea about customer service, or just don't care, and it is so frustrating."
"I have been a loyal customer for years having purchased 3 GMC Terrains from this dealership. Recently my 2020 Terrain started throwing random codes. My SUV was seen 3 times, no resolution. Yesterday I was told that multiple codes usually means a bad battery and that my battery failed testing. It would cost me almost $375 B4 labor and taxes to have it replaced. Why was my battery not tested the other 2 times it was there? That got me thinking... so I declined the service. Took my vehicle to have the battery, starter, and alternator tested this morning and guess what??? They are all fine!! So this service department was going to charge me over $400 to change a good battery and I'd still be getting these codes. Great way to treat a trusting customer. Larry in the service department was absolutely useless in helping me. Beware of this service department that will clearly lie to you and take your money for no good reason. Get a second opinion when dealing with them!!! Oh...and the technician left trash in my car!"
