"When I had my Jeep done there, I posted a review, and it was not an entirely negative experience, other than within the Service Department, I don't believe there are if any Jeep-qualified or knowledgeable people, and I wish there were. The Manager responded, saying, "We can't locate your account." My response to that statement: That's interesting, being I actually purchased my Jeep from John Elway Cadillac Park Meadows. The purchase experience was Most Excellent. Let the Service Department try to get some Jeep technicians in there! At least I wish, but the Manager or Supervisor of the Service Department is entirely incorrect in stating they "can't locate" my account. How convenient. Lol. No need to circle back on this. Just saying it was convenient for them to somehow not find my account after my posting a slightly less than desirable (but not too big of a deal) experience. '-D."
