"Was there a shopping today when I picked up package of straws that were new and the price on the package said 2.99 and Arc's price was two ninety nine. I brought it up to the check out counter and said how can this be ?The guy said well it's new do you want to talk to a manager? I didn't there's just no point shopping there."
"Just go to Goodwill, it is cheaper, higher quality, and you don't need to wonder if someone is about to shank you."
"clothing did not fit put it back on rack employee rudely asked me where item was said it was on rack employee rolls eyes and walks away if i could rate negative 1 million stars i would"
"Much better luck here than any other arc locations in the area. Small but good selection of glassware and kitchen supplies etc."
"This post is about customer service from the current store manager. She didn't give me her name but I think it might be Karen. I've shopped here many times and have spent good money here. While shopping I was approached rudely by the manager saying I need to make sure my reusable bags remain closed for shopping. Mind you my bags were already closed. I asked her if I wasn't allowed to bring them in, she said it was allowed but they have had a problem with theft. The entire time she had an attitude about it. She didn't say this to many other customers walking in with bags I noticed. I told her they would remain closed until check out. Through my experience shopping the manager continued to follow me and my family around the store. It made me feel very uncomfortable as if I shouldn't purchase anything at all and leave. I'm not exactly sure what about my family looked as if we would steal anything, but I feel she was making an assumption as soon as we entered the store. Maybe because of my tattoos? You shouldn't treat paying customers this way and make them feel uncomfortable to shop. Especially customers that come in frequently to shop. I'm sure there is a protocol for theft which is understandable and I have to do the same at my job but to be approached in such a rude manor with so much attitude doesn't make me want to spend my money here."
