"We were sold a display and not told. We got home to set up and couldn't log in because it was used by someone in store. Went to return and Ethan told us no. So we called customer service and they called store and Ethan told them we never tried to return the display. During purchase we asked about the box for computer they said we need to call 1 800 number to get box. They store manage Bill wouldn't even talk to us. They called him 3 times.
