"Bernadette was the WORST. Inappropriate, harassing, rude, threatening. But knowing this company you guys will enjoy hearing that. Asked multiple times to be removed from phone and emails after finishing my payments and still get calls for “specials” they are running to this day."

"We purchased a mattress from the store. They then proceeded to call us every single day after the mattress was paid off. Trying to get us to buy more even after we ask them to take us off their call list. They still call every single day and harass us constantly would not recommend anybody using this store much less this company"

"Well my account is past due because I never got anything yet!!! Since I'm being charged for this I demand that I either get my product or you take this off the account"

"I got 2 recliners 1199 each. Paid 75.00 a week made total 77 payments as of today 07/27/2023. Total 5880 I have paid when agreement was made total was 2900 hmmmm something wrong I called telling me oh was mistake we will drop it down for 12 more weeks of 52.41 WTH???? Anyone know how I can get in touch with corporate? I will be getting in touch with my attorney over this my husband works hard for his money like others do"

"Don't let the process of a type of place like this renting to you throw you off! The staff is amazing, helpful, and welcoming ....once you get pass the verification, reference check, questions that could make you feel like you're getting grilled.... I'm sure in this type of business all of these things are a necessity something I didn't realize right away upon my first experience but, the nice lady who helped me(employee name I will figure out and update) on both visits was very nice, attentive - for somebody who was very busy and training the only other employee on the sales floor. She was personable and very helpful with my situation. I definitely recommend this store! Thanks!"
