We have a dog who is fairly new to us and I asked if she could come in with us. He said she could and while we were making our choices he took Molly for a walk around the store. "Gotta hand it to Will, he helped me and my wife through the entire process of picking out or furniture to the financing and delivery! We got all of our stuff except the rug delivered correctly, we settled for the one they sent because it was actually a pretty nice rug! We ended up going back for a TV and some new lamps to match our living room, unfortunately will wasn’t working that day and we got a different sales rep who was a bit over the top when it came to upselling us a larger tv. The great news was once I told him we didn’t want the bigger one and wanted the 70inch he settled down and helped us in a good fashion. Overall, I’d recommend Conns to anyone wanting to update their furniture. Make sure you get the furniture protection if you have pets! Not saying the quality isn’t there but you’ll want to protect your new investment."
