Chipotle Mexican Grill

"The food quality here is consistently terrible. I’m eating the dinner my wife ordered and the beans in my rice bowl are undercooked and hard. The chips are inconsistently cooked, some are hard and crunchy others are soft and seem undercooked. It’s the same story every time we eat from this location. It’s just consistently bad. The line is always rushing at a blinding pace, making the ordering experience stressful and I think it’s no better in the kitchen. The Cottonwood location is better, but not by much honestly. It seems the only thing good about Chipotle today is their stock price but I don’t understand how to reconcile that given today’s consumer experience."

"Went in to grab my pickup order. Employees were rude and there was this unknown ringing noise that sounded like I got hit with a flash bang and had tinnitus. I got home and my burrito was absurdly small. Our drinks were warm. They forgot the sides with our quesadilla. This experience was almost comically bad. How do you mess up this much? Last time going to chipotle, especially this location."

"We have never gotten a correct order from this location. Whether we order on DoorDash, Uber eats, the app, or for pickup, it makes no difference; we always get someone else's food. We used to cater food weekly here for our company, but consistently incorrect orders became too much of a hassle."

"I ordered some food to go from this location because my wife was in the area. It should be noted that I very rarely go to this location because their food is always fairly awful compared to the location off of I 25 & Lincoln. Upon getting home, the bag of chips for the queso was almost completely crumbs, and there were barely any chips in the bag. I thought this must have been some kind of mistake and drove all the way back to the location. Upon getting there, the manager, Carissa, gave me a different bag. I immediately checked the bag before leaving because of the experience. It was really not better at all. Less crumbs, but hardly any chips. I went back in and let them know there were barely any chips in the bag. She assured me that this is the amount of chips they are supposed to put in the bag and any location giving me more was doing it incorrectly. I attached pictures of how many chips they gave me in the second bag that was better than the first."
