"I was not informed that I couldn't be represented by this law firm anymore because of my review below. They waited until I had an emergency situation and reached out for help to inform me that they could not represent me and that they would be withdrawing from the case. Very unprofessional, but I guess I can't be too surprised. ********original review********* My attorney, Lauren Shepherd, was not initially hired with this firm. She moved mid-way through the case, but it seems that when she left, the quality did, too. Our final orders were in February, and since then, my attorney has become non responsive to any emails I've sent her. Unfortunately, for me, final orders was not the end of my case as there were so many loopholes left open in the order that left so much room for more manipulation and abuse from my ex, and he's now in contempt, but nothing is being done about it. In the beginning, she seemed like she really wanted to help me with my post-decree parental alienation case, but she was very passive, and I didn't get any time back with my son. I don't feel like she really fought for me at all. And now she's not answering my emails. During the trial prep, I sent her a bunch of things to use as evidence, and she barely used any of it, claiming we weren't going to have time to use it all. Our full day trial ended before lunch, so we had plenty of time. It seems for someone with several years experience, she wasn't very experienced in handling a high conflict case and now I'm left to figure it out on my own or fork out another retainer to another attorney that's willing to actually fight for my kids' best interests. Very dissatisfied."

"Out of all the lawyers I have interacted with in my life Sydney Dolan is by far the worst, this attorney’s most used words are “I don’t know”, along with discriminating remarks about me. 20,000$ down the drain for my child custody battle. At first she will seem very Reassuring and confident and as soon as she gets the retainer fee, she will slowly make you think you have to settle for little to nothing. She has no passion for her clients and dose not push for what is right, very disappointing as I have only seen my daughter for 1 hour a week for the past year. Do Not Recommend!"
