"I've had great experiences in the past when printing flyers, but today was quite different. I approached the counter hoping to get them done quickly, as I had done previously. Unfortunately, the service I received was far from satisfactory. The individual assisting me was rather rude. I simply inquired about the possibility of having them ready the same day, fully aware that an additional fee might be required, but the response I received was unexpectedly brusque. Instead of offering a solution or politely explaining the situation, I was met with a dismissive remark: "We have 15 orders ahead of you. If you're willing to lend a hand, we might manage to finish them today. Otherwise, they'll have to wait until tomorrow." While I understand that businesses can be busy, there's no excuse for such discourteous behavior. It was by far the worst customer service experience I've encountered. Everyone has bad days, but taking it out on customers is never acceptable."

"The manager, Paul, hates his job, his customers, and his life (I'm assuming). Went in one afternoon - the assistant manager Melissa was able to understand what I needed and worked on my project after I left. While I was waiting, I witnessed Paul be short and very mean with one customer (it was 4:45 and he had put his jacket on and was ready to GTFO.) I returned the next day after Paul interrupted Melissa and I to tell me my project wasn't worth their time, and left before I could respond. I'll find a better service. Peace FedEx and Paul, I hope you're next manager job is graveyard shift at a gas station."

"I have always had a pleasant experience when shipping 3-4 times. They even gave my small dog treats twice."

"The new layout of the store at Pearl and 28th in Boulder, Colorado is new to me. I looked around and saw about six people in the line for shipping/sales. There was one person in line for "Print". I needed to have some printing done so I got in that line. The person in front of me was also shipping a package. When they were done, the man behind the counter called out for the next person in line from the other line. I was confused. I stepped back to re-evaluate where I should be and the man behind the counter yells at me that she was here before me. I thought okay, I'm in the wrong line; there is only one line. As I turned to get in the other line, he yells again that she was there before me. I matched his volume and said that I understood. He then yelled, "Well, your body language didn't indicate you understood. Everyone in the store looked up at me and then back at him. One man shook his head and laughed. With that I just kept walking toward the door. He said something else as I was delayed with holding the door for someone. I believe this person yelling is the manager. No employee would attack a customer like that. I called the store later to ask for the manager's name. I spoke with a young person named "Jack". Instead of providing the name, he wanted to know why I wanted the manager's name. I said that I needed to speak with him. He then gave me the manager's first name, Paul. He wouldn't provide me his last name at first and then said he didn't know the manager's last name. I wanted to communicate with him or his superior instead of writing this online but they made that impossible. If "Paul" is the manager and he is the one who yelled at and towards me when I was confused as to where I should be, then Paul, you are a poor manager and a poor example for your employees and you lost out on a 600.00 sale. I do hope someone in upper level management reads this."

"Worst service I’ve ever had. The employees try their hearts out and the manager truly needs an anger management course as stated previously. I grabbed an envelope after I walked in and he screams “SIR JUST BUY ONE BACK HERE” — I had no idea he was talking to me, I assumed retail items available in store were for the picking, silly me. He then proceeded with “OR NOT” when I made my way to the counter to follow his instruction. What a joke this guy is."
