"New owners, great service and super helpful. I had to ship a laptop to my nephew in Japan, I came in with a massive box that was going to be over $700 to ship!!! Jahir was so helpful in guiding me to a better option for a box and saved me nearly half what I would have paid with my original box and request. Exceptional small business are made from great customer service and he went above and beyond. Thank you!"

"The store staff are so nice and so creative to help me figure out how to ship the 34 inch curved monitor, which was so hard. Really nice experience working with them. Actually, before working with these guys, I have checked all the local store of USPS, UPS and Fedex. Those guys just didn’t care. They just told me we could not pack this, we did not have that kind of box."
