"Sent a card and gift to CU Boulder student over 2 weeks ago. Now UPS stores handle CU student mail. Student never received my card and gift but got a text saying address on my card was incorrect. Called UPS today and got another store since phone was transferred. Woman was very nice and explained the Kittridge store handled HLET dorm and my call must have been automatically transferred. She said wrong addresses are automatically sent back and student wouldn’t have been contacted.Tried several times to reach Kittridge store and finally got a message option. Waiting…Haven’t gotten the card back…Haven’t received a call back from UPS…"
"I ordered SKI POLES, and I go to the UPS store to get my SKI POLES. The employee proceeds to bring my package up and make a call to there supervisor. I’m thinking what’s taking so long because they are just SKI POLES. The employee addresses me and proceeds to tell me that I need to show government ID and at this point I’m very confused. I say that I don’t have it on me and they said I had to be 21 to accept this package. Someone that works for the schools UPS store wrote in sharpie on my package that had SKI POLES that I had to be over 21 to accept it. But the manufacturer online never asked me my age when I checked out because you can buy ski poles at 6 years old… very disappointed in CU Boulders UPS store and would love for someone to explain to me why I have to be 21 to accept SKI POLES when the manufacturer didn’t even ask that question…"
