They'll even take donated packing material (like bubble wrap), which I absolutely hate throwing away. And ever since they put in the new computer system you just give them your phone number to get all your tracking numbers sent automatically by email, which makes everything even more convenient. "I had a large, odd-shaped item that the post office had no appropriate boxes to send it in. I went to PakMail, and instead of charging me the FedEx rate (which would have been astronomical), the owner, Manny, asked about a prepaid label. When I said I had a USPS one, he said he'd be happy to just use that and charge me for a box. He was friendly, professional and courteous. I highly recommend this shop and will be using it for all of my shipping needs."
