"In order to get a receipt, they said that I would have to wait 10 minutes in my car for someone to come from inside the airport out to the pay stations to give me a receipt since they didn't refill the receipt paper. They said another option was to log onto a website which they gave an incorrect address, but they claimed they did not and could not check if that was the correct website address because they don’t have a computer or phone. How is this for real??? I parked in the garage for multiple days, had my ticket, and paid with a credit card at the drive-thru kiosk. Between the eternal construction and inability to provide a receipt (company requires it for reimbursement ) DIA is a complete joke."

"Vehicle theft and break ins occurring at an alarming rate. Just had my truck broken into for the second time in two years here. Worst part is I still had to pay full price for parking after getting towed out. There are only 7 officers patrolling 17,500 parking spaces. I was repairing the ignition in my truck on-site for 4 hours and not a single patrol went by. Even parked directly under a street light for better visibility."
