Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Denver International Airport (DEN)

"The vehicle that I got was an old Mazda with an end of life battery. Two days into the rental, the battery was dead after a shopping trip on the parking lot. Called roadside assistance and thought since this was a vehicle failure, Enterprise would help. Instead was told to wait for at least 90 minutes for help and a $55 charge. I immediately told them NO but I was charged $55 anyways (guess that how Enterprise cheat on customers if people didn't look at their invoice carefully). The staff at store helped to jump start the car so I could move on. Poor vehicle maintenance, money craving business model, plus the 2 hour time wasted to deal with this. Since I was near Enterprise rental facility, I decided to get another vehicle, there was no issue, staff there was extremely helpful! The rental car was returned on time. At the time of return, no one was on duty on the lot, all customers were told to leave the vehicle there unattended with keys. After standing in line for 30 minutes to resolve the false $55 jump start charge, we took the flight and left Denver. However, I received a call the next day from Enterprise Denver Airport asking me if I need to extend the rental because my vehicle was not returned. What a surprise!!! I explained that I already returned the vehicle and reported the end-mileage and, that's the end of this poor rental experience."

"We recently rented a small car in Denver. The process was very easy, went online and picked the size we wanted, when we arrived at the airport, an Enterprise bus picked us up and when we got to the car lot, we proceeded to the kiosk and directly to the car, no waiting in line. I was very impressed with the car. It had very few miles and was very clean and comfortable. I was also very happy with all the safety features the vehicle was equipped with. In Denver the traffic is horrible but we both felt at ease driving in the worst traffic imaginable. Thank you Entreprise."

"Most delightful experience renting a vehicle through Enterprise, particularly at the airport. Service and customer skills were great. It was a swift process, from checking in online to dropping off the vehicle during the late night. I was in and out of there in less than 15 min. Jacob was awesome and provided us with a few cars to decide on. Ended up with the 2024 Toyota RAV4 Adventure. Awesome gas mileage for our trip. I would absolutely recommend this location to friends and family. Thank you so much for your service!"

"I was surprised and truly impressed with the Chick-fil-A-lik customer service I received and witnessed given to all customers. The guys at the desk were extremely friendly and capable. The check-in process was smooth though a bit slow (long line and it took a lot more time for each person than I saw last time I rented with Budget, but Budget employee was not kind), it would help to have another person at the desk for the long line. The drop off experience was extremely easy and fast though! It would be nice if they put a sign up thar it's ok to drive over those backwards spiky things cause that confused me for a minute but after that it was super quick, valet practically. The guy who checked me out is the same one who checked me in and he was super nice. I really liked that I got to choose which sedan I drove out of the row of multipule options all for the price I paid! I chose a camry, it was excellent, looked brand-new (was a white 2023), heated leather seats, Android auto, remote start stop and keyless entry, adaptive cruise control. I would not have been willing to pay more for these amenities, I always go with the cheapest car regardless of which company offers it (this time it was enterprise, last time it was budget), but they were nice amenities to have. Next time if enterprise is only a few dollars off from the cheapest I might go with enterprise again since it was such a positive experience."

"Hassle free check in, especially when you use the App; friendly professional staff, the shuttle runs regularly and on time to DIA, and finally the return of the vehicle was quick and easy. I was offered additional services and products, yet, my own auto insurance covers car rentals so I declined any extras. I was not forced to pay any unnecessary extra charges such as bogus "toll fees" that nearby competitors charge. I was also given a medical rate for coming to Colorado for a medical appointment. I'm not aware of any other car rental company doing this for people coming to Colorado for medical reasons. Thank you Enterprise. I sincerely appreciate it."
