"Absolutely horrible experience! I took in a 2008 Freightliner than ran well, but was told that the exhaust manifold was leaking. Over $5000 later I picked up a truck that didn't run, because mysteriously the turbo had gone bad, and they wanted another $5000 to fix that. Now I have it at a real mechanic and they have told me the exhaust manifold is still bad even though Equipment savers said they put a new one on."
"Our company had been using Equipment Savers for a long time with no issues. Then a couple months a go they went through some form of merger or redistribution. At this point we kept having consistent issues with invoices and billing. I was on the phone every couple weeks trying to correct things. They were over billing everyone at one point. But the real issue is not the software issues but the fact that I would have to talk to 3-4 different people and no one would know how to help. Then they raised our delivery charge $70 without any notification prior. The final stray was when Brook Swadley, our supposed "contact" accidentally responded to an email she must not have known we were copied on and proceeded to discuss how annoyed she was of us. I have never in my life dealt with a woman so unprofessional. Every time I had to speak with her, nothing was accomplished."
"Was turned down for an interview because their insurance company would not accept a speeding ticket 9 years ago. With a shortage of good drivers out there you would think they would get a better insurance company."
