"Not a good experience with this shop. I went in to get an estimate, and the person doing the estimate lied and said that the whole frame was damaged or bent. I then took it to another body shop (Wekheiser Collision) that said The body shop was lying and that it was only the bracket, they could replace that put a bumper on it and it would look brand new and that's exactly what they did. They are honest friendly and do great quality work take it to Werkheiser Collision instead of here you will thank me."

"This shop has been our neighborhood treasure for automobile repairs. The work is meticulous. The people who work there are super helpful. I did have to wait for parts but it was so worthwhile."

"Long story short: this shop couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my alignment after I was hit by a red light by runner. Called me and said it passed the inspections, like many mechanics - they contract the alignment work out to Brakes Plus. But amazingly, after days and days of not passing inspections - i was called and told it passed & to pick it up, took the paperwork home & then realized the paperwork provided did not show passing inspections… it was still out of spec. Called back & now the mechanic is using the word “warranty.” To fix the car. Told me to take it to brakes plus… in 2 days, because they couldn’t find the passing inspections. Brakes Plus will be expecting me… “To reassure you & show you the car is passing!” I showed up & brakes plus was not aware I would be coming & refused to service my car, told me that it hadn’t been in since the “not in specification” inspection & that nothing he could do today was going to get my car in specs… because it was more than a tenth of a decimal out of specs. This mechanic was paid by my insurance & my car was not fixed. I have contacted the BBB, I would not use this mechanic ever again so long as Akash is associated with the business. Akash informed me to wait at Brakes Plus, and he would be there in 45 minutes. I waited 3.5 hours and he never showed up. My car was not fixed within safe driving specifications - DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS."

"The Body Shop goes above and beyond! We brought in my daughter's car after it was vandalized (via an insurance claim). A few hours after we dropped it off, Amber called and said 'guess what? We were able to buff off the spray paint and it'll be ready to pick up soon, FREE OF CHARGE. We avoided a hefty deductible, and 2.5 weeks to repair, and got a free car wash too. Thanks Body Shop!!"
