"I was rear ended in my 2018 Subaru Crosstrek. The damage wasn't bad but I wanted to get it repaired because I plan on keeping this car for a while. I brought my car to Addison because of an amazing previous experience with other family members cars here. I was in a bit of a time crunch because I was going to drive to a wedding in Banff National Park. They were able to contact the other party's insurance, work with them to expedite the process, and get my car back to me fully detailed and looking absolutely amazing. While my car was there, I had also asked them to recharge the air conditioning. They did that for a very reasonable price and now my AC blows colder than it did from the factory! My mom brought here car here a couple times within the last few years and their quality of work those times were unmatched. It looks and drives like brand new and you can't even tell it's been in an accident. Their quality of work, communication, customer service, and attention to detail is world class. I was able to drive my car off the lot knowing that the repairs were done correctly. I highly recommend this shop! They are amazing and very good to work with."
