"Very disappointed. I bought a 2021 Toyota Avalon and after a couple months I started to get emergency brake and other sensor errors. I called to schedule the free oil change with their service center and get the issues checked out. But the mechanic replied back saying downtown auto is no longer in service. I had them checkout the noise the brakes and engine made at times within the first month, twice. They claimed they found nothing wrong and didn’t hear any noise. When they sold the car, Andy had assured me their business practices were far from the stereotypical used car business. I believed this based on their google reviews. Disappointed to find out they weren’t the reputable car dealership they claimed to be. No free first oil change, and bought a car that has issues that they seemed to have hid. I should have known when they practically begged me to buy the extended warranty, which is a scam anyway."

"Worst place ever. Rude dealer that says they won’t deal with the car after it’s bought. I have a 2019 RAV4 that has solenoids & transmission problems. Bought it two months prior and already received problems. These problems are not easily ignored unless the dealer knew about the issues. Meaning they sold me the car intentionally knowing the issue of the transmission. Usually when you buy a used car the tank is full and the car is clean but the gas wasn’t full and the car was unclean. Overall bad car hygiene and rude crooks for dealerships."

"Bought a mini van here. Have used car max and auto nation my last few buys, because high pressure sales bug me. Was mostly expecting to have to walk out. Mostly actually enjoyed buying a car here though. He never rushed us, he let us do a good test drive, he didn’t try to bully us. Will check back in when I need another vehicle. 2 weeks after buying, we are happy with the van."

"I have taken sometime since buying my Audi S4 from Downtown Auto. When I first looked at it I had several questions regarding the vehicle’s maintenance and Andy was able to walk me through the CarFax report and answer my questions with ease. He trusted me to take the car on a test ride and even gave me a route that would show me different road conditions. After test driving it I knew I was going to purchase the vehicle, I was waiting for an insurance check to come through and Andy reached out to me to let me know that another buyer was interested. He allowed me to put a deposit down to hold the vehicle, very thankful for that. Following the purchase of the vehicle I had noticed a coolant leak and had a problem with one of my emission sensors. They towed the car back free of charge and provided all necessary work, even though my car wasn’t under warranty. The car since has been phenomenal and I have zero regrets with my purchase. I highly recommend Downtown Auto to anyone looking for a vehicle. These guys are not only knowledgeable about the vehicles they are selling but trustworthy and willing to go the extra mile to make things right! Thanks Andy again for all the help."
